The car I got had a wheel/bearing issue making constant noise, when I called about it they said I was outside my return window and that if anything happened to call emergency roadside... The tire felt and sounded like it was rubbing and grinding and I was worried they would think I caused it...

Gedilis and Edwin were awesome! They were super helpful in finding and setting us up with the vehicles we needed, even though kayak let us book them without them being readily available in budgets lot.

Half an hour line to pick up. Reserve RAV4 for storage space. Got car supposedly in the same class but 50% less storage. Hard to park at drop off, nobody there.

Didn’t like much to be honest. Line was very long at rental desk and I requested a truck and didn’t get a truck. Need a truck for my service dog to ride in the back , then drop off personnel tried to charge me 400$ for a full detail to clean up a little dog hair. Not sure if I would use them again.
